SHIPPING

We process all orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with a flat-rate option of $5 per order or free shipping on orders over $50. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders, and you’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at law@triptychvisuals. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
